Accessing and Using Our Website

Last updated: October 2026

Kidswordsmyth Floor Coating aims to make kidswordsmyth.online usable for all visitors, including those with disabilities. This page describes our approach to accessibility. This document is a general template, not legal advice.

Guidelines We Work Toward

Our design goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are a widely recognized standard for website accessibility.

Features We Work On

Our accessibility work covers:

• A clear heading structure throughout each page
• Text alternatives for images that convey information
• Legible text and sufficient contrast between colors
• Navigation and forms that support keyboard use
• Page layouts suited to phones, tablets and desktop screens
• Plain wording and short sentences
• Clear labels that explain form fields

Current Limitations

Some website areas may not yet satisfy all of these guidelines. We may have limited control over tools or content supplied by third parties and embedded on the site. We review accessibility periodically and address problems we identify.

Help Through Another Channel

If a website feature is difficult to use, you can seek help another way. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or send an email to contact@kidswordsmyth.online. We can offer assistance where possible.

Reporting an Access Problem

Please email contact@kidswordsmyth.online about barriers you encounter. Include:

• The page or feature involved
• The action you attempted and what occurred
• Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it

We review reported issues and aim to respond within a few business days.

Work as the Site Changes

Accessibility remains part of our ongoing work. As the website changes, we will continue making improvements to how people access and use it.
