Complaints and How We Handle Them

People who contact Kidswordsmyth Floor Coating should receive fair treatment. Please tell us when something has gone wrong. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. This document is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Receive

You can raise concerns about:

• Your experience of a conversation or message with Kidswordsmyth Floor Coating
• Our handling or protection of personal information
• Website information that appears inaccurate or unclear
• Conduct by a provider you reached through our service

Concerns About Floor Coating Work

Providers in our network are separate businesses. They handle their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For a complaint about completed work, contact the provider in writing first. Keep copies of your correspondence.

Let us know about the issue too. Reports help us assess conduct within the network. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Kidswordsmyth Floor Coating cannot resolve contractual disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent that provider.

• Your name and contact information
• When you contacted us or the provider
• The number you used or the form you submitted, if remembered
• The provider's business name, if available
• A brief description of the problem and the resolution you want

How We Review It

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We examine the issue and may contact the provider as part of that review. We then explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Further Review and Outside Support

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, reply and request another review. You may also contact your state's attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.
